Zoom Call Terms

Amended Policy: Payment should be made at the time of booking. Once a payment link is sent I’ll allow 48 hours to give you time to activate it unless the session is within that time frame, whereupon it becomes necessary to take payment immediately. If you need to cancel or postpone your session, please contact me at last 24 hours prior to your session booking. Your statement should show payments to: Evie Sparkes or JRS Digital Ltd.

Zoom Call Prices:

45 minutes – £115

90 Minutes – £140

Please Note: I cannot refund on no-shows. I will however reschedule your session where circumstances are out of your or my or your control.

It’s very important that you make the right choice when it comes to booking your coach therefore, I encourage you to watch a few on my YouTube Videos or read my blog before choosing me as your coach.

Please Note: I do not run phone sessions or audio only sessions through Zoom. You must be prepared to appear on camera as this makes it easier for me to converse with you and give you the best personal advice.

If you are unable to agree to the above terms, please be aware that I am unable to work with you but wish you all the best.

Email Coaching

I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours Monday – Friday. I do sometimes reply to messages at the weekend but cannot guarantee times scales. If you have not had a response from me within 2 working days please assume I have missed your email. Again, this is rare but does occasionally happen. Simply drop me a message saying ‘Missed email’
