What is a Subliminal? It's a mix of affirmations, music/nature sounds. The speech is masked by the sound effects, allowing the affirming statements to bypass the rational mind. It's the mind that questions and resists. By bypassing this mechanism the messages go straight to the subconscious.

Whether you are looking for a new mind-set or you are in need of some motivation when it comes to manifesting with the Law of Attraction and assumption.
What do you get? 10 emails in total. These can be used consecutively or saved and used over a six month period. This package is particularly useful if you are dealing with lots of things and want to work on them one at a time, or if you know that you will require some encouragement or advice over time.

Sometimes, we just need that extra bit of help. When you don’t feel the need for a full month of coaching, you might want to book a one off email or two.
