The Law of Attraction put simply, states that like attracts like. That’s it. So, what does this mean in terms of manifestation?
Like = Like – Frequency = Like Frequency.
Your desire is a frequency. Let’s say that you want to manifest a large sum of money but your dominant frequency around money is lack or scarcity. You cannot move into the frequency of money whilst you are living in the one of scarcity. You can only attract what you are, and scarcity is a frequency just as everything is.
In order to manifest money you must be on that frequency. That can be a frequency of abundance or one of optimism that you CAN do this. Let me be clear; you manifest things on the same frequency and that can be in a number of ways. Love for example; If you feel lots of love for people, you will see that reflected back to you. If you are feeling it you are on the frequency of it, you must receive it in one for or another.
Law of I Get What I Want
This is where this gets confused. It IS NOT the law of I Get What I Want. It’s the law of vibration/frequency. You might want something and never see it in your life. Why? Because you are never on the same frequency as it. It has no chance to come into your existence until you are. You cannot change anything if you don’t change something.
Notice your dominant thought patterns. Those thoughts when indulged, cause the corresponding frequency. Those thoughts if not indulged will not. This is why it’s important not to analyse your own thoughts too much if at all. The only time to analyse is in a curious way to help you better understand yourself. Never ruminate on things others say or do. Let them be. Observe and release. This is the best way to keep your vibration high. It’s thinking that causes most of our suffering. We don’t need to think about our thoughts. We shouldn’t. We cannot stop them but we can stop reacting to them as if they were real. The mind will throw out hundreds of things on a daily basis and most of them are nonsense. They have no basis in fact. They are nothing more than ideas.
Your 3D Reality IS You
Think of it in this way. Whether it’s true or not, it really does help. When I feel aggrieved at something, I will immediately stop analysing what happened. This might be someone cutting me up on my want to work or something someone said that might be deemed offensive. My initial reaction cannot be helped but my continued reactions can. So someone cut me up, so what? Someone made a hurtful comment, so what? I will not let either of those things drop my vibration. Why give someone else that power? I’ll often use the word dismiss.
If all reality is me then what’s the point in arguing with myself? Who will win, me or me? You see, it really does help stop you in your tracks.
Neville Goddard called it Everything is You Pushed Out. Same thing. You might find the concept bizarre but to be honest, isn’t everything around this subject seemingly bizarre. How is this any different? I have no idea if it is indeed a fact, but to me it feels right. Anyway, the concept helps me in so many ways. Even if I am wrong it doesn’t matter.
Manifest it is 30 Days:
Bring your desire to mind. What sort of person would you be if you were living that life right now? How would you react to things? How would this thing enhance your life? Dwell in those feelings for a few minutes. Now note how it felt. This is the frequency of your desire.
Writing it Down:
Write it all down. A day in the life of the YOU that has this desire right now. Read it back when you are happy with it. Take in the words as you read. Let them dance around in your mind and wallow in the realness of them in that moment. Now, put it away somewhere safe or bin it, either is fine.
You have now created the frequency of your desire. Go back to the first exercise once a day for 30 days.
Whenever you feel the old story creeping in say ‘Dismiss’ and distract yourself. The old story is just a frequency. All the power it has is within you and not IT.
